This prestigious 35 m² apartment can accommodate 4 people. It has a unique design and will be a great place to stay for families with children or groups of friends who want to relax by the sea. The atmospheric and functional interior consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The highest quality equipment and stylish accessories will make your stay extremely comfortable. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a modern TV, a chest of drawers and a coffee table. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bedding and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing excellent meals. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a hair dryer and towels for guests. The apartment includes an external parking space, included in the price of the reservation. The multimedia equipment includes a modern TV with SmartTV function and Internet access in the form of a WIFI network. On the furnished balcony you can relax with a cup of your favorite coffee.

The stylish apartment is located in a modern building, on Ku Morzu Street in Sianożęty. The building is located in an intimate area, surrounded by excellent restaurants and retail and service outlets. The distance to the beautiful sandy beach is only 250 meters. This is an excellent location for people who love relaxing on the Baltic Sea and admiring picturesque sunsets. There are many restaurants near the apartment, offering delicious local cuisine and more. The nearest restaurants are: Level 5 Restaurant with a sea view, Fish fryer ,,Bałtyckie rarytasy", Bistro Tropicana. Active leisure enthusiasts can use the numerous bike paths, including the Eurovelo seaside bike trail, which can be reached in about 40 minutes to nearby Kołobrzeg. It is also worth going for an evening walk along the promenade in Ustronie Morskie (2 km) or visiting the Rope Park (7 min drive). The location is, in a word, ideal, each of our guests will find something for themselves here.
