Good choise for self-made traveller

Modest but cozy hotel in quiet street in walking distance (1 block) from main street. Missed minibar/fridge but survived. Small town, easy to walk everywhere, supermarkets nearby. Specially liked the breakfast room in 4th floor, combined living room and spectacular wiev over harbour area.

Make no mistake, this is a 1-star budget hotel. It may cost more than some other budget hotels in Ushuaia because it is in a very convenient location. The place is well worn and could use renovation. But then it would cost more. Staff were extremely helpful, storing my bag for a few hours even though the storage room was full. People make all the difference, especially in budget accommodations. I would stay here again.

Like the staff and everything just bathroom is dangerous super small with a bidet stuck in there. More of a wet room than a bathroom. Everything else was perfect.

The first room we were put in started having foul odor from the toilet where when we came back the entire room smelled of sewage. We were given a new room, but for price these rooms were a little better than a hostel. No true amenities. The first room did not have any way to control heat/cold. The second room kept turning on or not at all. There was on a few occasions noise coming from other guests that was very audible. The staff were very nice; the breakfast area was pleasant with the food good.

Convenient location, nice property

Rooms and bathroom are a little bit small, but that was fine for our group. Wifi was reliable, and the sitting areas on the top floor are lovely and provide a pretty and quiet view of the Ushuaia harbor. Easy walking distance to lots of bars and shops in Ushuaia.
