Das macht es wunderbar ruhig und ungefährlich für Kinder. Der Spielplatz liegt gleich hinterm Haus, an sonnigen Tagen gibt es leider zu keiner Tageszeit Schatten.Zum Useriner See sind es gemütliche 5min Fußweg, die Badestelle ist ideal für kleine Kinder.Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit Waren des täglichen Bedarfs, Backwaren kann man dort bestellen, der Laden öffnet 09.00 Uhr.Das Häuschen selbst ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine recht steile Stiege führt zum Schlafbereich unterm Dach, für kleinere Kinder also nicht zu empfehlen.Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr hellhörig - die Pumpe der Spülmaschine, der Durchlauferhitzer im Bad und Schritte/Bettknarren aus dem OG sind deutlich zu hören. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack sehr bequem, es liegt sich eher hart.Der Herd/Ofen ist schon sehr alt, da braucht das Kochen etwas Geduld.Die Sonnenschirme, Liegestühle und der Grill sollten dringend ersetzt werden. Die sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen bzw. der Grill ist absolut nicht für 4 Personen ausgelegt.Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind vorhanden.Der Handyempfang ist sehr schlecht, WLAN ist prinzipiell vorhanden, aber davon kommt nicht viel an - zum Ausspannen perfekt!Ansonsten gibt es in Userin direkt nur die schöne Natur zu entdecken. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Verwalter super nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders der Kamin ist an kalten Abenden zu empfehlen. Einzig der sehr laute Kühlschrank ( mussten wir Nachts ausschalten ) und der sehr billige Grill sind ein kleines Manko. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Ausstattung war gut und absolut ausreichend. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bis auf kleine "Schönheitsfehler" hat alles gestimmt. Der Useriner See und die Umgebung sind sehr charmant und wunderbar, um mit der Familie zu wandern, mit dem Rad zu fahren oder auch einfach nur zum Entspanben. Due Gegend ist wunderschön. Man läuft ca. 3 min bis zum See, an dem es auch eine Badestelle gibt. Das Haus war sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Warmwasser und Küchengeräte haben funktioniert. Ein 2\. Schlüssel für das Haus, wäre von Vorteil gewesen. Im Inserat geht allerdings nicht hervor, dass das Schwedenhaus in einer Ferienanlage liegt. Es war sauber, gemütlich und von der Lage schön ruhig. Also super zum Entspannen und Erholen. An Geschirr und Kochutensilien hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Radio, Fernseher, Geschirrspülmaschine...es ist alles da gewesen. Für uns waren es ein paar tolle erholsame Urlaubstage! ##### Christin F.
