« Très bel accueil très dévoué. Belle chambre avec balcon donnant sur un jardin bien aménagé. Très bon lit. Très bon petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix, bien présentés, décoration de la salle à manger et des tables délicate. Séjour parfait. En plus : surclassement sans supplément, l’hôtelière, absente quand nous avons quitté l’hôtel, au moment où nous étions à la voiture, est sortie pour nous dire au revoir. Nous avons apprécié cette chaleureuse attention. »

« Hotel Hoheluft is well located if travelling north/south of Hamburg. We stayed both on our way going south from Denmark and on the way going back. After hours of driving the welcoming and the care for us as guests are super. Rooms are spacy and with a good bed to ensure a proper nights sleep. The morning buffet offers a fine start on a long day. Next time we drive south of Hamburg this will be the place for a stop-over or even exploring Lüneburger Heide. »

« Petit déjeuner de 7h à 10h, nous sommes descendus à 8h et il y avait 2 toasts qui traînait et 2-3 pains qui se couraient après. Une personne du personnel est passée en coup de vent, n'a rien rechargé. En partant, nous avons croisés 2 couples qui nous demandaient comment ils pouvaient atteindre le personnel. Ils n'arrivaient pas à rentrer dans leurs chambres et personne n'était présent, ni ne répondait au tel à 14h un samedi. »
