Buen día estimado Luis. Lamentamos mucho su impresión en cuanto a nuestro servicio de lavandería. Entendemos que a pesar de tener los costos expresados en la habitación, haberlos corroborado y aceptar los mismo al momento de enviar las prendas a ser tratadas no le pareció cancelar los mismos al momento del out en la madrugada. Debido a esto se le perdonaron el 50% de la carga, como una excepción cosa que no refleja en su comentario, además de una notable diferencia en las prendas enviadas. Entendemos todo como un infortunado mal entendido desde el principio , ya que desde que genero su reserva lo hizo de forma equivoca en un apartamento ejecutivo pidiendo alojamiento para un adulto y un menor y sin embargo en los cometarios de la reserva solicito un apartamento para 5 personas describiendo que se alojarían cuatro adultos y un menor apartamento este con un costo muy superior al que reservaba por el canal. Por este hecho Expedia se comunico con usted a fin de que re hiciera su reserva y de todas maneras prefirió hacerla directamente con nosotros evadiendo al canal de reservas.
