Good Hotel
Very comfy beds. Very clean. Bathroom small but fine. The Chedi hotel opposite was a bit noisy but it's a good location to easily access Andermatt

Very good location, just by the train station. Amazing views from the room and shared balcony. Hospitality from the staff was unique so was the quality of food available in the restaurant. Will come back again.

The hotel is very close to the train station and even closer to the Tourist Information Center. Andernatt is a ski village. So, if you are into skiing, ski lessons, ski equipment, ski lodgings, etc., you are in business. Alternatively, you can bike and hike in the non-snow season. Andermatt also has a bit of history. It isn't just a place invented by ski interests. I greatly enjoyed touring the old churches and walking around the town. There are plenty of opportunities to tromp up into the surrounding hills. It's a lovely place. My hotel window looked out over a meadow of grazing cows, with the Alpine Express tracks coming down from the heights.

As the weather was not good, we decided last minute to stay here for one night before making the trip to Rhone Glacier the next day. The hotel was simple and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu and recommending options.

Good base for hikes in the summer.
Andermatt was really quiet village, so the hotel was also quiet. It only took us 3 mins walk to the hotel from the train station. We got to the hotel early and they can check us in straight away which are nice. Plenty of easy hike paths around so we can explore easily.

Typical comfortable Swiss hotel in Andermatt.
We wanted to return to Andermatt after many years, fascinating changes and at last time to explore the town. The hotel has excellent parking, the very friendly service was very helpful. Our room at the front of the hotel was spacious clean and had a spare bed for a third guest. The restaurant staff were very helpful as we decided to dine in after a long drive. The menu was varied and had a good selection available. This was very well prepared presented and delicious. Breakfast was typically Swiss as expected but again very helpful staff This is a typical Swiss hotel, it is close to the train station and an easy walk into the centre of town. Would be very happy to return.

Staying in this hotel I can recommend.
The hotel staff where very friendly. Food was good for a good value. Over all you can say in this hotel you really get what you pay for. The hotel has only two stars, but would deserve a third star.

Overnight stay in the Alps
We stayed at this hotel in Andermatt as we had travelled on the Glacier Express from Chur and needed to break the journey. The town was quiet as it was outside the ski season and not quite summer season. Hotel was quiet, but staff were very helpful and family room was a good size and clean. We didn't eat in the hotel but breakfast was included which was good.

Nice inexpensive close to Bahnhof and shopping,
Very nice hotel for the price, friendly staff. It is close to the train station and tourist center, and close to local supermarket (COOP). Walkable to Gemsstock lift, or free bus. Restaurant is pleasant and food was good.

Nice discount hotel
Plusses: The room was clean and bright and the breakfast in the morning was great. On the downside, the hotel is a bit of a warren and the public spaces seem a bit run down. But for a discount hotel it was a fine value.

Sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer; nicht luxuriös, aber gepflegt und modernisiert. Essen im Restaurant gut, freundlicher und persönlicher Service. Kontinentales Frühstück in Ordnung, aber eher wenig Auswahl, nichts besonderes. Insgesamt alles in Ordnung, aber eben zu relativ hohen Preisen (für die Schweiz wahrscheinlich normal); woanders würde man für den Preis deutlich mehr erwarten

Die Lage ist zentral, ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und an einer Hauptstr. Deswegen haben wir ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht, das und das Bad ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und entsprach nicht den Bildern. Die Platzverhältnisse waren gut. Mehr Kofferablageflächen oder Wandhaken wären wünschenswert. Dennoch war es relativ ruhig. Kein Fahrstuhl und steile Treppen! Dennoch war es o. k. 150 EUR für ein DZ ÜF aber überteuert. Für Andermatt wahrscheinlich normal. Das Frühstück war gut, die Bedienung war freundlich aber maßregelnt. Eine Restaurant ist integriert, das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage abschließen, die stand allerdings die ganze Nacht offen :-(

Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht gross genug, allerdings waren die Betten steinhart. Das Frühstück war OK, aber nichts besonderes. Der Empfang war recht bürokratisch - ausfüllen eines Formulars, obwohl doch die Daten bei der Reservierung schon übermittelt worden waren. Preis-/Leistung stimmt leider nicht so richtig. 40% weniger wäre ein angemessener Preis. Man profitiert ganz offensichtlich davon, dass das gegenüberliegende "The Chedi" das Preisniveau in der Gegend angehoben hat.

자동차로 스위스 리기산에서 밀라노로 넘어가면서 묵었습니다. 아주 작은 마을이라 조용하고 경치가 끝내줬네요. 맨 끝방이라 창문에서 바로 만년설도 보이고 조식도 나쁘지 않았음. 근데 와이파이는 사실상 안잡혔고 플러그가 한국게 안맞았어요. 대체적으로 좋았어요

広い窓から旧坂を登る氷河急行が見えて最高。朝のチェックアウト時に、朝食対応に忙しいおばさんしかいなくて、フロントにいくつもの鍵が置きっぱなしだったので、部屋代はクレジットカード引き落とし済みだと思い、そのまま退出したが、後からメールで支払ってないと連絡がきた。フロントが無人なので、チェックイン時に事前連絡しろとの通知とか、もう少し客対応をしっかりしてほしい。

Sehr ideale Lage in Bezug auf ÖV und Bergbahn zum Skigebiet Nätschen, Andermatt Zentrum in kurzer Gehdistanz. Einfaches Hotel mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, sauber, ruhig, grossem Zimmer, eher älterem Sanitärbereich, Restaurant mit guter Küche zu günstigen Preisen.

Hübsches, familiäres Hotel mit einfachem Standard zu günstigem Preis. Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat und nicht viel Platz braucht, ist man hier richtig. In der Hotelgaststätte gibt es gutes Essen und sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Helt greit overnattingssted for en natt. Enkel standard. Kunne gjerne vært litt mer service-minded betjening. Fint at vi kunne parkere gratis på hotellets parkering og at det var kort gangavstand inn til sentrum.
