Not only him but other staff too are greatly service oriented and helpful. The dog Meela is well trained, fun to play woth, surely a source of joy and love. The hotel provides a panoramic view of caves and rocks formation. The front yard is well maintained and it's lovely spending time outside. Sami helped us arrange our local trip as well as vehicle...

"This is one of the worst hotels I had the displeasure to stay at!. The food is just terrible. My family got food poisoning, no room service, the towels are old and dirty, the hallways are in need of upgrade. This hotel is far from city center. Terrible!"
