And unfortunately none of the staff appeared to understand English well enough to handle the situation. ##### Emily Stayed 1 night in Jun 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### SZE WING Apr 2, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### A hotel with a very poor experience. I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite disappointing. Although the room was decent and the private hot spring acceptable, several issues overshadowed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with only plain rice and a few side dishes that lacked flavor. A particularly alarming incident occurred on April 1st at 2:00 PM when a staff member attempted to enter our room without knocking. Thankfully, we had locked the security latch, but it raises serious concerns about privacy. The hotel claims that rooms are not cleaned for stays of less than three days, so this behavior is unacceptable. There was no apology afterward. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a proper front desk; the entrance is shared with a coffee shop, and the staff's poor English made communication frustrating. Given these experiences, we will not be returning.
