Everything was very clean and tidy, and staff were very friendly. There was a smart TV in the room, and good wifi. They make a good effort for eco-friendliness too! It’s literally a 1-2 minute walk to Aizuwakamatsu Station, and there are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. They also offer a complimentary breakfast buffet which is lovely! Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."
