Rhona was extremely communicative and helpful. The chain that flushes the toilet broke from normal use, and she was extremely gracious about the issue. There was no propane in the grill when we first arrived, but they rushed up with a fresh tank within 5 minutes. The wifi wasn't working when we first arrived, but Rhona kept us updated about it getting back up. I think some of these issues could be avoided in the future by the owners, but overall extremely minor inconveniences to what was an absolutely delightful stay. We did not have to bring much to cook our meals with due to a fully stocked kitchen. The Christmas tree is beautiful and I’m happy it’s been up the last 2 years we stayed. This is the best setup for a happy stay down in the hills. 2 bathrooms, one to each floor. Lots of room to move around, its almost impossible to get in each others way. Full kitchen set up, just bring food! Lots of sleeping choices, loved the long driveway. Make coffee in the morning, relax on the porch, watch the deer. Heck yeah!
