"The hotel is in an amazing location, walking distance to upper and lower town and on the tram line. Reception was lovely and helpful. The room is very small and no lift if you have bags to take to the 2nd floor. Breakfast is nice and in a lovely setting. "

The negative would be that it would be nice of there was a coffee or bottle of water to help start you off available and the shower spray head bracket was broken on the shower wall.
