Overall solid and helpful with checking in early and they also held our bags before we flew out our last night I was very happy.

Absolutely loved this property…. so peaceful and beautiful and inviting. Every day we found a new nook or cranny to sit and relax. The coffee bar off the lobby was a nice surprise. Would have been even nicer if there been a mini fridge in the room but looking forward to returning again in the near future.

One would be hard pressed to find a more charming place in NYC. Unique experience.

Best city hotel we have ever stayed in - and we have traveled around the world a fair bit. The concierge gave our son a little Sofitel stuffy and waterbottles that we still use to this day, to refill water instead of using one time plastic bottles. The rooms are wonderful, big and clean. There’s a shower and bath. Truly awesome and will come back whenever we are in NYC.
