Feb 24, 2019Urgh really was looking forward to the hot springs. The water was disgusting lots of hair and junk floating around, and its winter so its not sulfur !.. We were told to leave after 30 mins because of my husbands vape! We couldnt find any non smoking sign and assumed it would be okay. He was asked not to use it and put it off to the side of the pool, later we were asked to leave because he had it. While there are plently of signs saying no cell phones and almost everybody had one of thoes and no one else got kicked out.. Ruined my trip.. Thanks.

Feb 21, 2019I would not go back again. We went this past week and it was filthy. They’re was hair floating in the top and funk floating in the water. We stayed less than 10 mins in the water. Definitely would not be the top thing on my list when I return to Banff. Also because the spring wasn’t full enough this season they added chlorinated water to the spring so there is no difference between the spring and your hotel hot tub. If your going to go do it in the summer and spring when there is the natural hot spring water.
