Such lovely communication with the host and welcome card on arrival with chocolates. The spa and sauna were amazing after a hike in Springwood. Our dog Lulu enjoyed exploring the fenced area. "SCAM!! This property owner is a scam!! Once you book you will be contacted by the owner who then depends to have a copy of your id and credit card regardless of payment already being made via Expedia. You then get money taken from your account and then when you finally get to site you have to attempt to contact the owner non stop to get the lock box code otherwise you are locked out! 3 guest were waiting in their cars with no response from the owner. Once you check in they continue to take money out of your bank card you have given them with false claims. Once you kindly ask them to check the cameras and corfect them they stop responding! I have put this publicly on my Instagram and within 45 minutes I had 8 strangers say they have also done the same thing to them and stolen their money!!! Please be careful!! The owner will scam you!! The room they give you is also not the same as described on the booking! If you want to use amenities listed on the booking such as a pool etc then they charge your card again!! Absolutely appalling. Do not book here!! "
