"This is our third visit to Saletoga, and we were in the same Villa we had been in the past, which is now looking and feeling tired. Beds were uncomfortable, and small repair jobs needed to be completed, broken fan face (still operational) broken soap shelf detail (still usable). Small detail, toilet roll not replaced on arrival. "My 1 night stay was decent I don’t know why I got a 2 bed room when I actually made a reservation for a king room but whatever. The food was great the bed was stiff. The staff was nice. The place is showing its age. "

"There is a long driveway from the road that leads to the hotel property however there are no road side signs telling you where to turn in so even with GPS it's easy to miss. "
