Far away from stress and hectic everyday life. And the Baltic Sea just around the corner. This dream to do right here. The approximately 100 square meters apartment offers enough space to 4 persons plus child. The living area consists of a cozy, the rose garden overlooking the living room. An additional room with fireplace offers a pleasant friendly retreat atmosphere. The large farmhouse kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and sit together. Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and ample crockery and cutlery are used for self-catering. A cozy dining area with plenty of seating are likewise established. The bright bathroom features a rustic style with a shower and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, the guest room has 2 single beds and a small wardrobe. The furnished terrace is located in the rose garden and invites you to linger. Adjacent there is a large lawn with fireplace and barbecue area. WLAN - use is possible. The place was clean and tidy. There were two sitting rooms, a equipped kitchen and a nice terrace to sit and to enjoy the garden. There was a lot to see and do in the surroundings. Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wir konnten mit den Gastgebern immer reden und auch ein nette privates Wort wechseln. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen okay und ausreichend. Es fehlte lediglich eine Mikrowelle, die wir aber nicht vermisst haben. Im Flurbereich gab es einen Tischkicker, welcher noch zu anderen Spielmöglichkeiten umgewandelt werden konnte. WIr hatten einen 10-jährigen Jungen dabei, der sich sehr gefreut hat, die vorhandenen Tiere zu füttern. Zusammenfassend können wir feststellen, dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben und auch gut relaxen konnten. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was dem Wohlfühlfaktor sehr entgegen kommt. Das Gelände war super, die Kinder liefen gleich los um es zu erkunden und den Tieren (Ziegen, Hühnern und Hunden) Guten Tag zu sagen. Unser Gastgeber Maik war die Entspannung in Person. Relativ kurzfristige Absprachen waren unkompliziert und spontan Sachen bereitstellen oder dergleichen war kein Problem. Upahl selber bietet nicht so viel an Aktivitäten, jedoch gibt es in der Umgebung eine Menge Orte zu Entdecken. Die BeachBay in Travemünde, Wismar und auch ein Steinzeitdorf laden zu Ausflügen ein. Nach jedem Tagesauflug was es fast ein Gefühl von nach Hause kommen, wenn man auf den Hof fuhr. Die nach hinten ausgerichtete Terrasse lud zum langen sitzen am Abend ein. Die Terrasse läd bei schönem Wetter zum Frühstücken ein und abends kann man dort den Abend ausklingen lassen. Unser Vermieter Maik ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist schon ruhig und man ist schnell an der Ostsee. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr rustikal, groß und schön eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für kleine Kinder ist es schön, dass auf dem Hof auch Tiere sind, da können sie etwas gucken und staunen. Aug 15, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Tolle Lage und wunderschöner Garten Das Haus mit der Wohnung ist sehr alt, aber dafür hat es ausgesprochen viel Charme. Die Terrasse lädt zum entspannten ein und Hühner, Schafe und Ziegen machen es für Kinder interessant. Leider gibt es keine Pferde mehr, wie es auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Das war eigentlich der Grund für unsere Buchung. Dafür kommt man mit dem Gastgeber gut ins Gespräch und er ist herzlich offen und unkompliziert. ##### Th R. Wir waren mit unserer Enkelin dort und die Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich begeistert. Allein der Eingang und der Zugang zur Ferienwohnung war schon ein Highlight. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Es fehlt an nichts, die Terrasse und der Garten ist ein Traum. Wir hatten einen netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, der einem das Gefühl gab, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Es war ein Aufenthalt, der dazu einlädt wiederzukommen. ##### Siegfried L. Die Unterkunft hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und wir wurden liebevoll empfangen und konnten auch mit den Tieren auf Tuchfühlung gehen.
