Wunderschön neu renoviertes und anspruchsvoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit unverbautem Blick auf den Balsberg in Unterwössen lädt zu einem erholsamen Urlaub ein. Direkt vom Haus aus können Sie ebenso die Drachenflieger der Süddeutschen Gleitschirmschule am Balsberg beobachten sowie die Segelflieger der unweit entfernten Deutschen Alpensegelflugschule in Unterwössen. Es befindet sich mitten in einem Wanderparadies und der nur 20 km entfernte Chiemsee bietet alles, was das Wassersportler-Herz begehrt. Auch der fußläufig erreichbare Wössner See bietet eine herrliche Erfrischung an heißen Sommertagen. Im Winter werden bei entsprechender Witterung direkt vor dem Haus Langlauf Loipen gezogen und für die alpinen Skifahrer ist die Gondel zum Skiparadies Steinplatte in Reit im Winkl auch nur 15 km entfernt leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Skigebiet Kitzbühel ist ebenfalls nur 40 Autominuten entfernt wie auch der Flughafen Salzburg. Sommerrodelbahn, Klettergarten und viel andere Ausflugziele sind leicht mit dem PKW zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit 3/ggf. 4 Schlafräumen (davon 2 mit Balkonzugang), 2 Bädern mit Dusche/WC (ebenerdiger Duscheinstieg) im OG sowie im EG einen großen Wohnraum mit gemütlicher bayerischer Sitzecke und Küche sowie einem Gäste WC. Die hochwertig möblierte Terrasse und der große Garten laden mit Tisch und Stühlen, Sonnenschirm sowie 2 bequemen Liegen zum Verweilen ein. Auch für einen gemütlichen Grillabend besteht eine Grillmöglichkeit (WEBER-Gasgrill). Eine Garage ist für einen PKW zur Nutzung vorhanden. Zwei weitere PKWs können bequem auf der Auffahrt geparkt werden. Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehören: WLAN und SAT-TV, Stereoanlage mit DVD Player und USB Anschlussmöglichkeit, Wecker, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Herd 4-Platten, Mikrowelle, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Haartrockner, Kinderbett, Babyhochstuhl. Das Haus ist ein komplettes Nichtraucher Haus, auf der Terrasse kann gerne geraucht werden. Haustiere lassen Sie bitte zu Hause versorgen.
