"Nice hotel close to UCF, restaurants and shopping."
We forgot our toiletries, and asked at the desk for toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and shaving cream. The only thing they had was a razor. Signs all over the place telling us to ask at the desk if we forgot something. Bummer.
We were very pleased with everything about our stay. Everyone we interacted with from housekeeping, room service, restaurant, front desk and anyone in between was outstanding. The food at The Study was excellent and the warm cookies upon arrival were a pleasant surprise as well as the complementary champagne to toast for parents moving their students into UCF.
Stayed at the hotel back in April 2015 and had issues with the room and lack of breakfast foods. Just stayed there again in August 2015 and the room was much better and they continuously were stocking the breakfast foods. There were also more breakfast foods to choose from.

Wanted to stay close to UCF. I have stayed at some of the other pricer hotels in the area. I found this hotel to be awesome for the cheaper price. The rooms were bigger and beds were more comfortable than the pricer hotels. Hotel staff were very friendly. The price of the room even came with a hot breakfast if you needed it. Definitely will stay again.
WE have stayed at this Courtyard several times, we love that its out of the way and quiet. Rooms are clean and staff is always very welcoming. It been our go to hotel when we want to pay our son a visit at school.
We stayed here first in March and were very impressed with the quality of the hotel and the staff. They obviously take pride in their work and enjoy working there, which speaks highly of the management. That is why we booked the same hotel for this trip. It is being remodeled and the new look is great. We had only one tiny issue with that and the manager said that it was being addressed in the rooms still being done and as a go-back for the ones already completed. He was very polite and helpful, as have been all the staff. Will absolutely stay again.
Constructed in 1968 as a regional college, the University of Central Florida has grown substantially. The northeast Orlando institution’s 150 brick buildings house nearly 50,000 students. University Boulevard and East Colonial Drive serve as the main commercial drags. Nearby, Little Big Econ State Forest provides a glimpse of old Orlando before human settlement.
