The staff was very accommodating when I asked for a room change. The original room had a passage door to another room. Although locked, I was travelling alone with a teenage daughter and asked for a change for safety. According to the front desk staff, this location was recently remodeled. It had a very modern design and clean lines. It is further away from UCF than other hotels, but only by a mile or so. For the price point and quality, I would bypass the other ones and will stay there in future visits.
Comes with kitchen. Not enough utensils. Maid service once during 9 day stay but could have asked for more. Staff is pleasant and attentive to concerns. Plenty of services near the hotel that can be accessed on foot if you like.Well worth the money.
Elderly couple, spent 2 nights, visiting relatives close by. Very comfortable, quiet, very clean, beautiful lobby decoration, good size for the twin room, impeccable bathroom. Staff very friendly, service excellent. Small restaurant in the lobby with an outstanding cook (did congratulate him for cooking my salmon to perfection as I asked). Very reasonable price including free Wi-Fi. Breakfast abundant for 12.95$. Will certainly come back
The staff is very friendly. The room is big with a kitchenette which includes stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a small table with two chairs separating the kitchen from the living area. The bathrooms are very spacious. The bed was very good.

Constructed in 1968 as a regional college, the University of Central Florida has grown substantially. The northeast Orlando institution’s 150 brick buildings house nearly 50,000 students. University Boulevard and East Colonial Drive serve as the main commercial drags. Nearby, Little Big Econ State Forest provides a glimpse of old Orlando before human settlement.
