Needed for Power Outage during Hurricane Irma/]

Posted 21-Sep-2017
Pros: Served its purpose
Cons: Everything
Location: Good location on Idrive, in the midst of everything and can walk to most locations.
You get what you pay for...basically a room with two Queens(Actually Full Beds). Uncomfortable bed and mattresses. Dirty carpet and bathroom. Sloppy pillows. Took 3 phone calls and visit to reception to request extra pillows. No comp breakfast!

Makes a dump look clean

Posted 19-Sep-2017
This hotel is not fit for the cockroaches that infest it to stay at. They have a" no refund" policy so that you are stuck there if you pay for nights in advance. The carpet was one step away from still having chalk outlines on it. If you want a terrible experience stay here.

weathering the storm

Posted 17-Sep-2017
Pros: location and price.
Cons: replace carpets, add a breakfast, pool was locked the whole visit
Location: universal in walking distance, putt putt golf, loads of restaurants
room was good size with a comfortable bed. the carpet and furniture were somewhat dated and showing signs of wear. The wifi was free, but terrible. I couldn't stay connected more than 30 seconds at a time and that was before the hurricane hit. The restaurant right next door was good, but I still would have preferred a free continental breakfast of some sort. They had a complimentary bus to Disney, but I never had the chance to try it out. Tv went out during the storm and they repaired that very quickly. All in all, for the price, it was an enjoyable stay.

Not worth it

Posted 13-Sep-2017
The hotel on the outside looks nice but when you get inside is another story. The tub didn't drain and was full of mold. The bed was to small and moved with every little movement. The pillows were like kids pillows, my pillow cases had blood in it and my husbsnds had a very large yellow stain that looked like sweat. This is really not worth what they charge.

Worst Hotel in Orlando

Posted 12-Sep-2017
This is the worst hotel i've ever been here in America! Staff are inconsiderate.with the hurricane ongoing they will still charge you the full amount even if you're very dissatisfied with the room cleanliness, beddings, broken aircon and dust mites in their beds. The place is horrible.

This place is completely run down and needs a refurbishment ASAP. Too bad is in the condition it is as the location is fantastic. I think a motel would have been better. I didn't leave because we got there almost at 11pm and we were too tired to look for another place but definitively will never stay neither recommend this place to anyone.

I guess I shouldn't ask for more

Posted 16-Aug-2017
Pros: Location
Cons: They should really get some new towels.
Location: A Walgreens is around the corner, very convenient.
This is by far the creepiest hotel I ever stayed in my whole life, mainly due to the blood stain you will find on their towels, and the dubious water mark in their bathtub and carpet. Other than that, the hotel is legit. Nothing worse happened during my stay. After all you don't ask for a 5-star hotel experience when you pay $50 for your room per night. But I will never stay in the hotel ever again. Money is not the most important thing in life right?

Budget minded hotel

Posted 20-Jul-2017
Pros: location price
Cons: replace carpet more efficient room servicings
Location: Universal walking distance airboat rides within 1 hour drive Disney, Seaworld, water parks, theme parks, etc
I recommend with caveats....this is a hotel is budget minded no frills hotel so walk in aware of that. Overall it was clean and the staff were nice and polite. Couple items that struck though is there was a musty smell in the main hallways that I wasn't sure was because of the overall humidity at that time in FL or if the was a recent cleaning that had happened and the carpet hadn't really dried out. And while everything was clean it definitely showed the age of the facility and the need for a major refit. Quirk we also had was that there were 4 of us and it took a couple days for the hotel staff to get the fact we needed 4 of towels and washrags. Staff was very responsive to get it when we asked but for the first three days we had to go back down and ask for more towels, or washcloths.
