"Great place to stay"

"Hotel was great. Very polite and helpful staff. Beds and pillows were amazing. Breakfast was well organized and had everything needed for a nice breakfast."

"Nice breakfast but expensive. Extremely nice restaurant staff especially Timothy. Parking is plentiful but a pain requiring two separate elevators"

"Room was dirty, and smelled like dirty homeless person had slept there. Rugs were terrible and dirty. 1st floor side door was broken and able to let anyone come in 24hrs a day. Pool was empty, “Gym” had 3 work out devices, 1-bike, 1-treadmill and 1-smith machine. It looked like a storage closet. “free breakfast” was terrible, watery eggs and coffee tasted like it was brewed through a dirty sock. Definitely would not stay at this property again."

"The property was ok. I can’t rate 5 stars because the phone in the room didn’t work, the toilet would run all the time and a couple of the “ clean “ towels had hair in them. I wasn’t there long so I didn’t complain but I probably wouldn’t stay there again"

"When going to a show at the Newberry Opera house this is the place to be. You are right across the street from the opera house and can walk to everything you need. The staff was helpful and coffee is always in the lobby."
