Aqua Vacation Rentals Springfield Beach House is a bright, modern retreat with private hot tub, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths in the heart of Union Pier just 1 block to Berrien Beach. Every detail of this home was thoroughly thought out and resulted in an amazing makeover. As you enter the front door to the left is a large living room with lots of natural light and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a movie on a large smart TV or just hang out. The house has cable and internet for guests enjoyment. On the lower level of the house there are three bedrooms, two with queen beds and a bathroom across the hall plus a large primary bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom attached. On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed, a full bath and a half bath plus a large open concept kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has everything you need for a large group gathering including 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers and a large dining table for everyone to sit together for dinner. This area also features a small seating area and there are stools at the island for enjoying breakfast or a cocktail while making dinner. The backyard is very large with plenty of space for the kids to run and play. Enjoy the large patio area with comfy outdoor furniture, umbrellas, a hot tub, a gas grill and a fire pit (w/firewood) to enjoy S'mores or a glass of wine while watching the stars! This home is in the heart of Union Pier with the beach just a block away and Whistle Stop and Red Arrow Road House just a few blocks away. As an Elite home our guests will be provided a welcome package, toiletries and all the essentials which include hand and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and laundry soap. Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional. Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Great backyard area, great communication by the management company. Perfect for my out of town friends and I for our wedding weekend. Definitely alot of checkout tasks on top of a high cleaning fee and had to leave by 10am with no late checkout, but overall would absolutely stay again! ##### Natalie H. The house is beautiful and there was plenty of space for our entire group. The owners even left a s’mores kit and champagne which was a lovely touch. My only suggestion would be to have additional washcloths and towels on hand. Otherwise, everything was perfect! ##### Brandi S. This property was perfect for our couples trip; so much outdoor space, full beds+ in each room, wonderful living space and a great proximity to the beach! We loved the living room, with a retro-vibe built-in bar, large backyard with patio furniture, and huge kitchen with lots of seating. Even the bathrooms are gorgeous. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating to a couple issues we had related to some electrical issues. We’d love to come back! ##### Jen S. This property was very clean, well equipped (it has everything) spacious and as shown in the pictures. Easy check in/out process. The one negative to our stay was that the heat didn’t seem to work on our last night so the house was freezing cold on a December’s night in Michigan. However, after messaging the property manager for instructions and bundling up with extra blankets the issue was resolved throughout the night. A great stay and girls weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and amenities!! ##### Kidada S. Bedrooms were great and plenty of bathrooms/washrooms for all guests. Also, felt really big- no one was on top of each other.
