This charming, well-appointed home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, ideal for families or small groups. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with a full/twin bunk. Start your mornings with a walk along the shore, enjoy a day at the beach and rinse off in the outdoor shower when you return. Then spend your evening grilling out on the private patio with a gas grill and gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stargazing. Located in the heart of Union Pier, Lakeshore Hideaway is a quick walk to local coffee shops, markets, and restaurants. You’re just minutes from the shops and dining in New Buffalo, and only 90 minutes from downtown Chicago, making this the perfect weekend escape or extended stay. Come experience the best of Harbor Country—from beach days and bonfires to boutique shopping and winery tours—all from the comfort of Lakeshore Hideaway. Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional. Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If it’s a rainy day, be aware, TV doesn’t really work or connect to devices at all. They also send you a separate rental agreement outside of VRBO that you have to sign. They emailed us every day asking us to sign starting several weeks in advance. We continued to receive email requests even after we signed (about 2 weeks before we arrived). Even after we forwarded them the receipt of signature and our signed copy, we continued to get email requests and it continued daily, up until several days after we checked out. Finally, this is a personal pet peeve, the cleaning fee for our 3-day stay was over 200\. Despite the hefty fee, they still including a long list of chores to be completed before checkout, including a checklist that needed to be signed, under threat of an additional heft fee. ##### Austin V.
