« Overall it was a decent place to stay but there were a few issues. The day of checkin I received a call from the cleaner saying they lost the TV remote and would have a new one dropped off which they did but without batteries which didn't help. The description of the apartment had laundry listed but upon check in we realized there was no machines but hoockups, so obviously at one point there was laundry but the listing was never updated. This was a huge inconvenience as we were from out of the...

"L'aspirateur n'avait visiblement pas été passé dans la chambre. Poils et petits déchets sur le tapis. Lit mal fait mais semblait quand même propre. La chambre et l'hôtel en général manque d'amour. Aussi, très mal insonorisé, nous entendions distinctement le voisin parler au téléphone et même son interlocuteur."

"Nous sommes partis avec du retard de CDG (Paris). J’ai pris la peine de prévenir l’hôtel, sachant qu’en atterrissant à 22h à Newark, le temps de passer la douane, récupérer la voiture, etc…"
