The AC was locked on 75 all weekend and could not turn it down any more, the pots and pans that were on site had to be washed before using due to them being dirty, propane grille was not usable while we were on site. Asides from it being hot inside all weekend with very minimal airflow at night it could easily be a cozy place to stay. The best thing about the place is the boat ramp is a half a mile down the road and there is an included boat dock which was super convenient. The host has all you need. NOW !!! You have a dock to sit on & watch the water. You can hear the frogs, see the fish feeding, watch the dragonflies & lightning bugs, see water plants, hear & watch the purple martins. Such a great outdoors experience.
