"We really enjoyed staying at this house and wished we could’ve stayed longer( stayed 8 nights) we were very warmly welcomed the second we stepped through the door . One of our favorite parts was the hiking trails which covered the forest and it was easy to make day trips to Strasbourg,Colmar and even Baden Baden, all the towns had Christmas markets. We hope to return sometime in the future and it is very pleasant to stay during the christmas holidays."

"Es war eine total schöne Urlaubswoche in ruhiger und angenehmer Umgebung. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Radtouren. Unsere E bikes konnten wir wunderbar geschützt unterstellen und die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und wurde sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die grosse Terasse ist einfach mega und wurde jeden Morgen und Abend benutzt. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den netten Empfang und die Köstlichkeiten aus der Backstube, liebe Grüße von Sabine und Roland"

"Booked to stay a month,left after less than a day. Had driven 1600 kilometres from Scotland to this dreadful place. Arrived to a what,outside the property,was a building site!Dangerous in many areas. Should have been informed beforehand!Dreadful way to treat people. Host spoke no English. Colmar is a city best explored on foot but driving to the property and finding places to park nearby was surprisingly easy."

"Quirky, but very well equipped, property with lots of amenities for young (and old!!) children. Swimming pool a real success. Accommodating hosts. Only real downside was its proximity to the motorway. Given the heat, with windows open, noise throughout the night was very disturbing. With windows shut, aircon units in upstairs bedrooms were extremely noisy. Sleeping was a challenge."
