Residence "Im Dörp, Am Bodden, Jollekieker" is a holiday rental located in Stralsund, Germany. It offers a spacious yard, internet WiFi, parking facilities, and an installment plan option. The property comprises four identical, maximum two-story houses, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or groups.

The residence is situated on a 3,500 square meter property with a well-maintained lawn and beautifully planted areas. Guests can enjoy the outdoor spaces, including covered bicycle parking, providing a secure and convenient storage area for your bicycles.

The residence is conveniently located just 300 meters from the center of Waase and on the outskirts of town. It is 6 km from the center of Gingst, 20 km from the center of Bergen auf Rügen, and 300 meters from the sea, offering easy access to various amenities and attractions.

You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 70 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The living/sleeping room features a sofabed, a dining table, satellite TV, a radio, and a CD player, with access to the terrace. There is one double bedroom and one room with a French bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment has a shower/WC and gas heating. Outside, there is a terrace with furniture and a box-room. Additional amenities include a washing machine, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and free WiFi internet access. One reserved parking spot for one car is provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking property with a smoke alarm installed.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment is part of a vacation rental property called "im Dörp" and features beautiful, modern furnishings. Its location on the ground floor provides easy access to the terrace and outdoor areas.
