Apartment house "Am Strom", built in 2004\. 200 m from the centre of Waase, on the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Gingst, 20 km from the centre of Bergen auf Rügen, 4 km from the sea, 50 m of lagoon. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with lawn, courtyard. Children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, bus stop "Mursewiek, Am Focker Storm" 500 m, railway station "Bergen auf Rügen" 20 km, sandy beach "Juliusruh" 36 km, grass beach 50 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Parking for bicycles (not lockable).  
3-room apartment 55 m2, on the ground floor. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Carpet. Terrace, small garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
