World class luxury interior decor, absolutely delicious restaurant, excellent service at the bar, extremely kind and attentive staff, breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and downtown Umhlana, very comfortable and spacious rooms, great pool with view. Having traveled worldwide and stayed at luxury hotels on several continents, I can say that no one will be disappointed by this hotel. The place is great. Beautiful views. Very affordable. Breakfastwas average. However, i didnt like that the toilet was in shower. Like literally in the shower. It got wet when i took a shower. Very uncomfortable and untidy. The door did not lock from the inside 2\. The shower was left in a disgusting state. Obviously they were cleaning the drain, did not close it up and it was filthy and the cleaning team should have sorted it out,so we were unable to use the shower 3\. Despite the hotel providing a large complimentary water bottle, there were no water glasses. 4\. There were no towel rails/place to hang towels up. 5\. It is new. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. I had a nice soaking tub in my room plus a walk in shower. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The service was wonderful. Everyone was always willing to help if I needed anything.
