Guarda Valle is a comfortable country house situated at 300 meters above sea level, detached and surrounded by trees and fields. It offers a private 3-hectare property with a yard, Internet WiFi, and parking facilities. This vacation rental is an ideal getaway for those seeking tranquility and seclusion amidst nature.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a garden area with furniture and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining experiences. It is located on top of a hill, offering scenic views of the surrounding landscapes. However, please note that the property is accessible via a 1 km long narrow motor access, with the last 100 meters being an unmade road.  
  
Other Information  
While the property offers a secluded and peaceful environment, it is important to note that the tap water does not have drinking water quality. Additionally, the owner does not accept youth groups. It is recommended to have a car for convenient transportation, as the property is located 5 km from the center of Umbertide and the resort Niccone.

The property is situated 30 km from the beautiful Trasimeno Lake, offering opportunities for lakeside activities and exploration. You can expect a spacious 7-room house with 300 square meters spread across three levels, offering a comfortable and rustic ambiance. The main floor features a large living/dining area with an inviting open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV, leading to a loggia for outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, there is a separate dining room and an open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, and a dishwasher. One shower room with a bidet and toilet completes this level. Upstairs, you'll find one room with two beds and a flat-screen TV, one double bedroom with a TV, and two more double bedrooms. A bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet is also located on this floor. The second upper floor offers a double bedroom with sloping ceilings, accompanied by another shower room with a bidet and toilet. From this level, you can enjoy a marvelous panoramic view of the valley.

During your vacation, you can take advantage of various amenities, including a washing machine, hair dryer, internet (WiFi), and pet-friendly accommodations for one dog. The house also features a barbecue area, a fireplace for cozy evenings, and heating for added comfort.
