It is situated along the border between Tuscany and Umbria, midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide. The estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments and two separate cottages. Within the grounds there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (shared by all guests). Casa Giralda (55 sqm) is a hay bar that has been converted into a cottage. It is set slightly apart from the main house and consists of a sitting room (with double sofa bed for one or two children up to 12 years old), a small dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area you will find one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with en-suite bathroom (with shower).
