Property Summary  
This beautiful single-family house "Villa Gocci" with 2 storeys provides a tranquil retreat in the hamlet of Srbarica, just 3 km from the center of Umag, Croatia. Enjoy a sunny position, with the sea and beach only 2.5 km away. The property, spanning 800 m2, offers a fenced outdoor area and an inviting angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) with an internal staircase, salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system, and seasonal availability from May 1 to September 30. Amenities include Internet WiFi, a washing machine, and parking for 2 cars on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
Embrace the outdoors with a terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower. The pool area is maintained by the owner/gardener, ensuring a relaxing and well-kept environment for your holiday rental.

Nearby conveniences include a shop within 1 km, a supermarket 2 km away, and a restaurant just 500 m from the property. The area offers both pebble and rocky beaches within 2.5 km, as well as public bathing areas at the same distance.

Walking paths and cycle lanes are accessible from the property, approximately 500 m and 550 m away, respectively. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a beautiful and cozy 5-room house with a total area of 270 square meters, spread across two levels. The living/dining room, measuring 40 square meters, is equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. It provides access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate guest toilet on the main floor. The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, has an entrance hall with air conditioning and one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, as well as a shower/WC. The second upper floor, also accessed by a spiral staircase, features an entrance hall with air conditioning, two rooms with two beds each (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, and one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, along with a shower/WC and a double hand-basin.

During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a microwave, and a television. The property can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additionally, deck chairs are provided, allowing you to enjoy the view of the swimming pool.

The property offers a hair dryer for your convenience, and free WiFi internet access is available. Please note that a fire extinguisher is present for safety purposes.
