The studio is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, in the village centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, terrace and garden furniture.

Zambratija. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
