This newly built, detached holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of Umag, a famous tennis town and holiday oasis with numerous beaches to choose from. Located in a quiet side street of the village of Petrovija, on a large green lawn, where you can relax in complete peace. Beaches in and around Umag are easily and quickly accessible. Restaurants and shops can be reached within minutes.
The garden with its green lawn offers plenty of space for children to play or for sunbathing. It is also easy to find shade around the house.
The house with a living area of 120 m2 offers two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, hairdryer, mirror and washbasin. There is also a washing machine in the large bathroom. One room has a double bed, the second room has a queen-size bed and the third room has two separate beds. The kitchen is very spacious and is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The dining table is located in a separate room opposite the kitchen, where there is plenty of room to move around. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, where there is a TV and air conditioning. Directly from the living room you have access to the beautiful and spacious terrace, which offers plenty of shade. Each room also has a separate small terrace.
Spar, Lidl and Kaufland supermarkets are only a few minutes away. There are also restaurants: one right across the street and others within walking distance.
The front door can only be reached by stairs, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
