Spacious air-conditioned holiday home on the first floor 110 m2, 5 bedrooms, terrace. in a privileged area of Umag Punta, the beach and bathing facilities are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, shared use of the swimming pool, umbrellas, deck chairs, outdoor shower, outdoor jacuzzi, bicycles, barbecue, and free WiFi. Public parking and playground near the house. Ideal for groups of friends or families who like to be together and spend their holidays in complete comfort.  
  
The house has an excellent location in a well-known tourist area of Umag-Punta, 2 km from the center of Umag, in a sunny position, 300 m from the sea, and 300 meters from the beach.  
  
The grocery store is only 500 m away, and the restaurant is 200 m away. Tennis courts are just 200 m away, and a public playground is 20 m away.  
  
It is possible to take various trips by boat or bus. The place is ideal for surfing and other water sports, nearby there are paid tennis courts, golf courses, horse riding, bike rental, boat rental, and much more, possibility of paid transfers, also an ideal area for The Punta Umag area where the apartment is located is the most beautiful tourist area of Umag, known since Roman times. The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters as the structure of the beaches changes.  
The center of Umag is easily reachable on foot in 10-20 minutes.  
From the tourist village of Katoro along the coast passing through the Punta area, the tourist train travels to the center of Umag and vice versa. cyclists. Nearby there is the well-known La Parenzana cycle path.
