The area is quiet surrounded by greenery. The nearby beaches have various structures to satisfy every type of need, sandy, rocky, with pebbles, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make unique the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast which allows you to protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, on the seafront next to the beach of Villa Rita, outdoor gym equipment is available for free use.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.
To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips.
