The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture. **Location** Umag. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. **Special** Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine.
