Welcome to Villa Maria — your private oasis in Vilanija near beautiful Umag, Croatia.Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this charming retreat is the ideal getaway for up to 8 guests, with a maximum capacity of 9. Here, every moment is designed for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable memories.  
Step inside and discover four elegantly furnished bedrooms with comfortable double beds, an aditional separate single bed, two modern bathrooms, and an additional separate toilet with a bidet on the upper floor. The upper level also features a shared hallway lounge and a balcony with cozy outdoor seating — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet evening chat.  
Unwind in the spacious and inviting living room, or find your zen in the private sauna, complete with a stepper machine for light exercise.  
Outside, Villa Maria truly shines. The villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden with comfortable outdoor furniture, a covered porch with outdoor dining ideal for al fresco meals, and a beautiful private pool (heatable on request). Lounge the day away on sunbeds under parasols, and in the evening, gather around the outdoor fireplace and BBQ area — perfect for grilling and enjoying warm summer nights.  
For added indulgence, we offer:

A short drive will also lead you to the Umag Town Museum, a hotspot of historical significance to learn more about the region's rich past. Just next to the museum, there's Umag's iconic Church of St. Roche, where you can appreciate the timeless architecture.  
Just a short drive away, lies the ATP Stadium Stella Maris, a must-visit place for tennis lovers, as it is home to the Croatia Open ATP tennis tournament.
