Whether you're planning a getaway with family or friends, this spacious home has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Step outside to take in the views, soak in the hot tub, or dine al fresco in the fresh country air. With Lake Windermere just a walk away. Outside, a private garden awaits, featuring a hot tub where you can unwind while soaking in the breathtaking countryside views. There is a stand for a disposable BBQ, perfect for outdoor meals on warm evenings. Step into this beautifully restored converted barn, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. The large living room is a welcoming space, featuring a wood-burning stove, stylish décor, a television, and a wide selection of books to enjoy during your stay. The fully fitted kitchen and dining area provides everything you need to cook, dine, and spend time together. There is also a convenient downstairs WC with a wash basin. As you head upstairs, you’ll pass a stunning glass entrance and an elegant chandelier that adds a special touch of character to the home. Upstairs, you’ll find four spacious and thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room with its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath, WC, wash basin, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom also features a double bed and offers spectacular views of the countryside and nearby church. The third bedroom is a twin room with a set of drawers and beautiful views across the surrounding landscape. The fourth bedroom is also a twin, equipped with a wardrobe for your belongings. A family shower room with a WC and wash basin is also located on this floor, providing extra convenience for larger groups. The property includes private parking for two small cars, with additional parking available just a very short walk away. With a variety of walking routes directly from the doorstep and easy access via the nearby ferry to Bowness-on-Windermere and Ambleside, exploring the South Lakes is both simple and scenic. This truly is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Lake District. Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the private garden, hot tub, and all indoor living areas. The home is self-contained and perfect for groups seeking privacy and space. There is private parking available for two small cars directly outside the property. Additional free parking is just a short walk away, making it easy for guests with more than two vehicles. Self-check-in is available, and full details will be provided ahead of your stay to make arrival smooth and stress-free. Please note that we do not allow pets at the property. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is not supplied, but it is easily available for purchase at the garage in Newby Bridge, just a short drive away. To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours, parties and events are not permitted. The property is for the use of booked guests only, no additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed. Thank you for your understanding and helping us keep this a relaxing and respectful place for everyone. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
