The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Some of the facilities were a little dated and not squeaky clean, but overall good. It’s a shame we were already booked elsewhere further North. Colin the owner is a really personable guy with lots of time for you and a wealth of local knowledge even giving us an easy walking route to an eatery we would never have found for ourselves. Room and bed was comfortable and breakfast was both freshly cooked and plentiful. Colin greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Full English breakfast and a selection of cereal and fruit was available for breakfast the following morning. Amazing trip. Colin was brilliant and a wealth of knowledge about the area. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Friendly helpful host who even carried our case upstairs for us. Great cooked to order breakfast.
