Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. »

« Das Hotel ist eine richtige Wohfühloase. Bei Ankunft erhält man eine kleine aber sehr ansprechende Broschüre mit den wichtigsten Informationen sowie Restaurant Empfehlungen in Lana und Umgebung. Wir konnten uns über ein Upgrade in die Junior Suite freuen. Die Ausstattung im Hotel allgemein aber auch in den Zimmern sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind verhältnismässig gross. "Nous avons subit un accueil détestable : la demoiselle présente à l'accueil à notre arrivée devrait changer de métier ! D'évidence l'arrivée de notre groupe l'a profondément dérangée et nous l'a bien fait ressentir !!! L'hôtel est lui propre, confortable et calme. Places de stationnement disponibles, couvertes pour les motos. Il n'y a pas énormément d'offre restauration à proximité, mais vous pouvez vous y rendre à pieds. Les tarifs indiqués en réservations n'ont pas été respectés ! Nous n'étions que de passage pour une nuit, vu l'accueil détestable, nous avons préféré payer le montant demandé pour éviter des complications supplémentaires. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement, mes compagnons de voyage non plus, et nous n'en ferons pas bonne publicité !"

"On a passé un très beau séjour avec vue sur la montagne. Un plaisir immense de se poser et regarder la ferme juste en face avec vaches et poules. Le personnel au top, faisant un effort pour être agréable dans notre langue. La piscine, le resto, les aires de jeu pour enfant, le champs de pommes pour se promener, c’est un très bel endroit. Je le recommande. Le resto était très bon, pas très cher. Effectivement les chambres sont un peu petites et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Mais le personnel nous a aussitôt donné un autre. C’est chaleureux l’ambiance. C’est reposant. Très reposant. Un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai été en Italie. Gracié…"
