"Staff is pleasant and helpful! Good English speakers and very accommodating. Room areas are spacious, bathroom is a little cramped but modern and clean. Pool facilities and air conditioning are great. Right next to myeongdong street and heundae beach super easy and spoiled for food and fun choices. Thank you Grand Josun!"

"This hotel was lovely! Our mountainview room was so comfortable and the view was gorgeous. The hotel is extremely clean and well-updated. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked fine, and the size of the room was better than expected. Because everything was closed due to the holiday, we ate all meals in the Cube (breakfast buffet) and the Sky Restaurant, which were both very nice. Would have liked and automatic dining discount since we were staying in the hotel, though."

"Not too far from the metro, and bus station is nearby. The lobby is accessible by escalator from the ground floor, or by elevator. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The design of the shower isn't ideal since water gets everywhere. The lobby staff are excellent, recommend if you are looking to experience this side of Busan. "

"Lobby and rooms kept clean. Good location for dining and nightlife. Close to the metro. Breakfast was good - buffet style. The single room was a bit small — not much space to put your luggage. Overall, good budget option. "

"It was a pleasure stay at Paradise Hotel Busan. The hotel located just in front of Haeundae beach with Ocean view; facilitate with spa pools and sauna, good location, variety of choices for breakfast buffet, accessible to many popular restaurants nearby by walking distance. Check-in was smooth. Mr. Jo Seong Woo 조성우 was very nice and offers us free upgrade for our rooms from City View to Ocean View. He is very helpful and personally guide us up to our room. Mr Cha Kyeong Jin 차경진 was friendly and assisted us when we check-out."

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! The room was surprisingly bigger than what we expected. The view of the beach from our room was fantastic! Service was quick as well when we asked for additional pillows, not even 10 minutes and they delivered. Only downside was there was no full length mirror in the room. "
