"The property is a little dated in some areas like the hallways and dining areas, but the staff could not have been more supportive. The breakfast was a great bonus- classic Icelandic spread. Good place to stay on the peninsula"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very centrally located and very charming. Parking was an issue at the beginning but by the end of our stay it was better"
"The front desk staff was exceptional in helping us. My husbands bag did not arrive and they answered any questions we had. Louisa was especially good to us. The rooms are somewhat dated. But the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy walking to everything even though not right downtown. Transportation for tours was very easy. It’s nice to have the bar and lounge and they do have happy hour 3-6. Overall our stay was very good and I would stay here again. The bakery on site is wonderful. We did have the breakfast buffet one day and it was ok. Dinner and our bar food were good. "
