If I had to list an area of improvement and this is me being extremely picky, perhaps a good clean out of the cutlery drawers and other small places to ensure there are no crumbs, dust etc. Also the air conditioner needs a clean inside. Having a secure parking space was a bonus. The unit was well equipped apart from the near empty hand wash dispensers in the kitchen and bathroom, and empty toilet cleaner container in the toilet.
