It is walking distant or a short bike ride down to the beach. On your way to the beach Burrill Lake is surrounded by a beautiful serene inlet that has shady trees, a park and a play area for the kids. You can enjoy paddle boarding, fishing right out the front or head down to the beach for a surf, or simply enjoy lazing around. \- 5 minute walk to the local IGA, newsagency and coffee shops. \- The boat ramp is just one street away for boating enthusiasts. \- The house has a view from every room. \- Upstairs has a magnificant view overlooking the lake, with open plan living space, which steps out onto a balcony. \- The front bedroom has a queen size bed with a view of the lake and the master has a queen bed with ensuite. \- There is a separate TV room with a comfy lounge. \- Downstairs just off the laundry entrance is a separate retreat with its own access, set up with a king bed, sofabed and TV. \- You can enjoy the outdoors, BBQ downstairs and a grassed back area to play or relax . \- We are only 5-10 mins from town and we know you will enjoy your getaway on the south coast. Amazing accommodation and great area Holiday house is exactly like it looks in the pictures and was a wonderful stay on the lake. The place is equipped with everything you need with lots of extra. Our teenage son loved the retreat down stairs. The host was very quick to answer questions and generous letting us have our small dog with us. Would highly recommend.
