Have some fun with a game of family cricket in the yard. \*Location\* A 500m walk will take you onto the patrolled southern stretch of Mollymook Beach for swimming, sandcastles and fun in the sun. This beautiful beach extends 2km along the coast providing ample opportunity for beachside strolls, surfing, fishing and splashing in the waves. Mollymook Golf Club is also just 500m away, and offers a scenic 9-hole Beachside Course as well as the more challenging Championship Hilltop 18-hole course. There is a second dining/lounge area with another TV and DVD player, and a rumpus room is accessed from the laundry. The alfresco space is where this property really shines, with an enormous covered entertaining deck with gas BBQ and outdoor dining table and seating. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped. While we didn’t take advantage of the BBQ or kitchen to cook any meals, it would have been easy to do so. We enjoyed the close walking proximity to the beach, Beach Hut cafe and Golf Club and loved exploring Milton and Ulladulla (both only a few minutes drive away) We loved sitting out on the deck for cuppas in the morning and drinks in the evening.
