Renovated freestanding house with sun-drenched open plan living and dining area with your own huge enclosed backyard. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and shops Ken in Mollymook (\~5 min) and Ulladulla CBD (15- min). The house has four large bedrooms and comfortably accommodates six people over two queen beds andone king bed.The fourth room has three oversized triple bunks! which sleeps 9 adults (although generally the kids use that room) This means that we host up to 15 people. Tough vinyl floor boards throughout. Two and a half bathrooms. Two toilets, two showers and a tub. Simple but functional kitchen and plenty of room outside on the patio table. Two charcoal BBQs and a firepit outside so you can enjoy a drink and listen to some music "hey google play INXS". Or for a night in you can watch NETFLIX, Stan, Kayo etc, use the highspeed internet or if your ol skool you can play cards or read a book. You will need bring your own towels and sheets. In our garage we have heaps of games, cricket, scooters, two new mountain bikes, footballs, tennis and badminton. We also have six boogie boards, two surfboard and fishing gear. We had been informed in advance, so it wasn’t a problem, but having linens provided would have been appreciated. The clothes dryer was very helpful, and I think it’s something worth highlighting. I can’t believe you allow this type of accommodation on your site and charge people there hard earned money to stay here!! Complained to Stayz and owner. Neither interested in helping. While Stayz agreed to pay one night hotel bill when house not even accessible on arrival, it closed the complaint ticket without paying. Once accessed it was obvious the property hadn’t been cleaned. Food in freezer, food scraps on floors, under lounge cushions and in bunk beds, broken fly screens and blinds, unusable vacuum etc. Worst was the washing machine grey water coming up the floor waste and the toilet beside the machine blocking. Owner went to ground. Stayz closed the complaint ticket in the most egregious and commercially irresponsible manner possible. So repeated breaches of contract with no concern for customer.
