Il n'y avait personne pour récupérer nos bagages avant l'enregistrement prévus à 16h. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure. Le service voiturier/parking était egalement débordé. Notre expérience n'a pas bien démarré. Au delà de ça, l'hotel est très bien décoré, propre, le personnel est serviable. Notre chambre était spacieuse pour 3 personnes, la salle de bain grande. Le ménage était fait chaque jour. Je recommande cet hotel, juste NE VENEZ PAS EN AVANCE POUR LE CHECK-IN."
