The villa is designed to ensure comfort and functionality: in fact, it has two independent entrances, front and back, which ensure convenience and confidentiality. Inside there is an equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor area complete with an outdoor shower, very comfortable after a day at the beach. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double and one triple with a bunk bed and a single bed. From the rooms there is access to a pleasant outdoor veranda, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners, in total tranquility. The house offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the corridor serving the rooms and the kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker and outdoor shower. Free street parking is available, right in front of the house.
