In the MAISON BLUE everything speaks and smells of the sea, from its color that is reflected in the windows, to the color of the external fixtures, to everything else!  
We are in Torre San Giovanni Marina of Ugento, at 70 mt. seventy, from the sea, practically a few steps!  
We are right on the border with Posto Rossa marina di Alliste, on the coast road to Gallipoli.  
Excellent geographical position, convenient for all trips to discover the most beautiful places of Salento, such as Gallipoli, Leuca, Pescoluse, Otranto, Lecce ...  
Thanks to this, and to other landscape constraints that have prevented other buildings, here it has been created as a small village, with the streets closed, which end all in the various villas and typical Mediterranean houses. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and silence of the countryside, but enjoy the benefits of the sea! The air you breathe is a mix of sea scent, and Mediterranean scrub, myrtle plants, capers, wild rosemary, and ... lavender, and the thyme, scattered almost to the sea shore.  
By the way... for those who can not stand the mosquitoes, here NIENTE ZANZARE, it seems that it is precisely the combination of aromatic plants and sea breeze, the perfect mix that keeps them away from here, as you can read in the reviews testimonies, on this announcement in Homeaway by many years.  
Another peculiarity of the place, is a curious, though low, underpass, which allows us to reach the sea in front, without crossing the road.  
In a few days and for the whole of June, up to a few meters from the sea shore, the expanse of green thyme, which you see in the picture, will become all lilac in bloom.  
It will be a marvel!  
The MAISON BLUE, as we wanted to call it, given its "talk about the sea", is the result of a massive restructuring, whose works have just been completed.  
The Maison Blue is a house on the ground floor, very nice, well cared for and with fine finishes, fresh, comfortable from 5 to 7 beds!  
The sea, in this corner of paradise is LIKE A NATURAL POOL LOW, even though we are in the part of the rocky coast! (See ad photos).  
The nearest sandy beach is just 900 meters away. and it is both lido equipped and free beach, is a bay of sand set among the rocks, which we call "spiaggetta" to distinguish it from the long coastline of white Caribbean beaches that start instead at the distance of km. 3,8 and stretch for several km, interspersed with a fresh and lush pine forest.  
Here there are several beaches equipped with secure parking, which in addition to the beach service, economy and VIP, offer restaurant services, entertainment, pedal boat rental, canoes, windsurfing, kite-surfing, animation, courses of typical dances and various excursions.  
I should point out that by the same routes useful to access the beaches, you can access many free beaches, free and equipped, however, taking advantage of the guarded parking fee. We are in the Regional Park of the coast of Ugento.  
STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION:  
Our MAISON BLUE, is a house on the ground floor, raised by three steps from the street level, to better enjoy the sea view.  
An outdoor area in front equipped with built-in barbecue marble table and chairs is designed for the conviviality between family and friends.  
It consists of a living room-kitchen with sea view also from the inside, where along the entire length of a wall are prepared two single beds as a sofa.  
From the kitchen area, equipped with dishwasher and large fridge, there is access to a rear area where there are two outdoor showers and a marble sink.  
In the sleeping area, on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while a second bathroom has been created on the mezzanine floor, exploiting the excessive height of the hallway.  
In the hallway of the sleeping area, in a built-in closet, the washing machine is enclosed.  
On the left of the external spiral staircase in the picture, there is attached a studio (a studio) with sea view also from the inside, consisting of a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, air conditioning, TV 40 ", fridge, outdoor space in front.  
All bathrooms have a window.  
In each room there is air conditioning.  
A frame of colorful flowers, in stylized marble planters, and a corner of the garden, soften the whole.  
This is good solution for more of the same nucleus families, who like to spend their holidays together, without sacrificing privacy and comfort.  
DESIGN is sought after and cared for and without frills.

We provide guests with linen for hire, bed and bath, of excellent quality and local manufacture.  
It offers maximum hygiene and cleanliness.  
To welcome you in addition to the scent of the sea, you will have the pleasure of breathing clean, in a home for your holidays, equipped with every comfort such as climate in each room, washing machine, TV 40 ", dishwasher, small garden, high quality mattresses, protected from anti-allergy certified anti-mite mattress covers, 3 outdoor showers, furnished outdoor spaces to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and dinners overlooking the sea and sunsets.
