The distance to the beach about 15 minutes and the backwaters about 1 km. Both in bad weather as well as in spring, autumn and winter swimming in Ahlbeck is to enjoy fully in Bersteintherme in the Baltic Sea spa and in Zinnowitz. In the immediate vicinity as well as on the beach promenade you can rent bicycles. At the port of the aft water is a sailing, surfing and kite school. Several good restaurants are located on the beach promenade, the harbor and the city. Shops, z. B. ALDI, Edeka are available in town and easily accessible on foot. In the village, not far from the apartment, there is the Ückeritz Train. Ich finde es ungewöhnlich, dass wir für eine Endreinigung zahlen, um danach (unaufgefordert) die Information vom Vermieter zu erhalten, dass wir die Wohnung besenrein zu hinterlassen haben. Sicher ist es richtig, dass eine Putzfrau in einer Stunden die Wohnung nicht ohne Stress zu 100% perfekt sauber und pico bello aufgeräumt bekommt, aber auch das ist nicht unser Problem, wenn wir aus Sicht einer Putzfrau viel Geld zahlen für eine Endreinigungspauschale. (Sorry, eine Putzfrau erhält für eine Stunde Sollten wir ein Managergehalt in berlin? Selbst ein Betrieb sollte dies nicht verlangen dürfen...) Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer gestaltete sich entsprechend Geld-fixiert, dass wir uns aufgrund des aus unserer Sicht unangemessenen und peinlichen Ausmaßes auf einen 50% Kompromiss eingelassen haben und nochmal eine halbe Endreinigungspauschale drauf bezahlt haben, weil wohl (Rechnung wurde nie vorgezeigt) die Reinigungsfirma eine zusätzliche Rechnung an den Vermieter gestellt habe. Auf Anfrage bei der Zimmer-vermittelnden Tourismuszentrale auf Usedom teilte man uns den Standpunkt des Vermieters mit: Es sei üblich, eine Wohnung besenrein und 100% aufgeräumt zu hinterlassen. Naja, dafür dass es keine Handtücher, keine Bettwäsche und sonst auch nichts reinigungstechnisch aufwändiges gab, ist die Tourismusregion nach dieser Aussage allerdings sehr einseitig ausgerichtet! Armes Usedom! - Reiche Putzfachkräfte! - Es lebe der Sozialstaat, oder doch eher die Veräppelung?! ##### Kai H.
